GB4B23 will be an unforgettable evening filled with craft breweries, local food, a mini symposium, a live auction, raffle give aways, a trivia tournament, and incredible people from throughout the United States who are coming together to support rattlesnake conservation!

Frequently Asked Questions:

What does my ticket include? 
Your general admission ticket includes entry into the event, food and beverages while supplies last, craft beer from local breweries, attendance at the Mini Symposium, optional entry into the Rattlesnake Trivia Tournament, and exclusive, after-hours entry into the St. Augustine Alligator Farm!

What should I bring? 
Don't forget your ID! Alcohol will only be served to those who are 21+ and have received a wristband. The event is outdoors, so we suggest that you be prepared with comfortable clothing, sunscreen, and bug spray. You do not need to print your ticket for the event. We will have organization glass mugs for sale, and compostable cups available for your drinks.

Where do I go? 

You will enter the event outside of the Anastasia Conservation Center - it's the smaller building directly beside the main entry of the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. You'll see a registration booth set up!

Is GB4B family friendly? 

Yes! 

​

I bought my ticket online but I'm planning to bring friends. Are tickets sold at the event? 

Yes! Tickets can be purchased in person at the registration table.

What are the trivia tournament and raffle ticket prizes? 

There will be a 50/50 raffle at the event for a cash prize! Raffle tickets can be purchased at registration and throughout the evening until 5 minutes before the winner is announced. The trivia tournament prizes are as follows: 


3rd place - a sticker and magnet set 
2nd place - a tshirt and hat set 
1st place - a private, behind the scenes group tour and rattlesnake meet and greet at the TRC facility in Jacksonville, FL!

Is the auction live or silent? 

We will be live auctioning an exclusive piece of art at the event which you can only bid on in person! The rest of the auction is an online auction and does not require attendance at the event to win. GENERAL ADMISSION

upgraded ticket holders

The following information is for those who purchased the bonus excursion ticket upgrades or all inclusive VIP tickets. Please note that these events are now sold out and require an additional ticket for entry, they are not included with a general admission ticket.

If you purchased a VIP ticket or ticket upgrade for the Haunted Pub Crawl, we will be meeting on Friday, September 29th, at 7:00pm, inside Ancient City Brewing located at 18 Cathedral Pl, St. Augustine, FL 32084.

This is a leisurely walking tour, so please wear comfortable shoes and check in with the TRC team who will be wearing green organization t-shirts! We expect this tour to be complete at 9:30pm. 

If you purchased a VIP ticket or ticket upgrade for Fossils & Buzztails, we will be meeting on Saturday, September 30th, at 9:30am, at the GTM Research Reserve at 505 Guana River Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Please note there is a $3 parking fee required in cash which can be paid at the kiosk. You will drive through the kiosk, over the Guana River Dam, and continue through the short dirt road to the trails parking lot. You can view a map here. There are bathrooms and a water fountain available at the trails pavillion.

This is a hike in a natural environment, so please wear comfortable shoes, bug spray, and sunscreen, and bring plenty of water. You should check in with the TRC team who will be wearing green organization t-shirts at the shaded picnic tables at that trailhead. Please plan to give yourself plenty of time to arrive, check in, and sign a liability waiver. We hope to start this hike by 9:45am at the latest. We plan to hike the orange loop which is 2 miles long, then drive to a separate (nearby) location for our beachcombing and fossil session and should be finished by 12:30pm
. To save time, you can download and print your liability waiver in advance here. 

ACTION ITEMS: Pack water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Download and print liability waiver. Bring $3 in cash for parking fee.

If you purchased a VIP ticket or ticket upgrade for Paddle for Rattles, we will be meeting on Sunday, October 1st, at 9:30am, at the GTM Research Reserve at 505 Guana River Rd, Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. Please note there is a $3 parking fee required in cash which can be paid at the kiosk. You will drive through the kiosk and park at the Guana River Dam. You can view a map herePLEASE NOTE: IF YOU ARE NOT BRINGING YOUR OWN KAYAK OR PADDLEBOARD YOU MUST RENT ONE IN ADVANCE. You can reserve a rental from the Guana Outpost South by calling 904-373-0306. You can view their current rental rates here. 

This is a paddle on the open guana river without shade, so please wear comfortable clothes, bring a hat, bug spray, sunscreen, and plenty of water. You should check in with the TRC team who will be wearing green organization t-shirts outside of the Guana Outpost kayak concession. Please plan to give yourself plenty of time to arrive, check in, and sign a liability waiver. We hope to start this paddle by 9:45am at the latest.
 To save time, you can download and print your liability waiver in advance here. Please note that if you are renting a kayak or paddle board the Guana Outpost will also have a liability waiver for you to sign.

ACTION ITEMS: Pack a hat, water, sunscreen, and bug spray. Download and print liability waiver. Bring $3 in cash for parking fee. Secure your kayak or paddle board reservation as soon as possible.
