About the Event
Join us for our newest educational program - STEM Station: science in the great outdoors! This month's STEM Station series will be filled with building challenges, electric circuits, and energy. Students will get to put their problem solving skills to the test as they plan, design, and build structures like airplanes, cars, and robots. As they complete their challenges, students will learn about the different types of energy and motion. For this specific class, we will be building and launching airplanes via rubber bands.Â
This drop off activity is appropriate for students from 5th to 8th grade, will take approximately 2 hours, and costs $35 including materials.Â
Admission to the Tree Hill Nature Center is included for program participants. For those looking to stay on the property or visit the nature center but not participate in the program, there is an admission fee of $3 per child and $5 for adults. Sign up now to reserve your space!
